The Stillness Collective with Wendy

The Stillness Collective are 1.5-hour immersive workshops held at Alchemy – Centre of Transformation, Gymea. Each gathering blends sound therapy and stillness practices to help you release stress, reset your nervous system, and reconnect with your true self. 

For now, the Collective will open with two powerful seasonal gatherings: November and February. Each session is designed as a complete experience in itself—but together, they create a rhythm of reflection and renewal.
